Add a stronger suggestion engine for misspelled words.
When a user types a word that you don't recognise, you should present a them with some suggestions for similar words. You could base this on soundex, or you could drive it through the google engine.

In "Tags" fix: 1 people have marked this word as a favorite.
In the Tags section when 1 person has tagged the word change the sentence to read:
1 person has marked this word as a favorite rather than display:
1 people have marked this word as a favorite.1 voteAdminWordnik (Admin, Wordnik) respondedWe have a fix in the works for this, and it should be updated in the next few days!

clearer user interface for actions on a word
It was slightly hard to find how to tag a word. Its hidden away in the "contributions" area on the right side, and "Add a tag to this word" is wordy. I would like to see action buttons or links with very short names, like "Tag this" so they jump out.

Have an antonyn option for the word in questions
For example what is the oposite of confident
1 voteAdminWordnik (Admin, Wordnik) respondedThanks! We’re working on adding more related words, including antonyms.
How about “bashful” as an antonym of “confident”?

Enable search line on front page to accept a new word without having to delete "find your word"
When first coming to wordnik.com and putting an item in the search bar the "find your word" takes too long to disappear. When hitting enter the cursor goes to the bottom of the page and will not type into the search box.

Yes — we don’t have a ton of data in that timeframe, so the graphs are not as accurate as they could be. We’re pushing a bunch of new data from that range into the system very soon, though, so please look for updated graphs soon!

allow 140 chars for feedback and flutter it
feedback is the best. make it more prominent if you can, filter up top feedback ideas to browsers, et-c! there are lots of interesting complex trans-word ideas that might be cool for lots of people but only thought of casually by one in a thousand editors...

expand acronyms and abbreviations in text taken from other dictionaries
Etymology information contains a lot of abbreviations which makes it somewhat inaccessible. Expanding these abbreviations might help.
Etymology information also might be easier to read if it was presented in a prettier format (maybe with more whitespace).
