  1. expand acronyms and abbreviations in text taken from other dictionaries

    Etymology information contains a lot of abbreviations which makes it somewhat inaccessible. Expanding these abbreviations might help.

    Etymology information also might be easier to read if it was presented in a prettier format (maybe with more whitespace).

    Column layout a la a traditional dictionary. The entries contain rich information eg flickr photos or other user contributed content.

  4. Move "Looking for this?" to a more prominent location when a word isn't found

    For example, I searched for a word, but got the spelling wrong. Initially I didn't notice the "Looking for this?" area on the right hand side, so I went to Google instead to look for the right spelling...
