That’s a great idea — we’d love to be able to do this. We may make it a more generalizable function in the browser, though.

This is a really good point — most etymologies right now are written for conciseness, not narrative flow. We’ll see what we can do!

I agree - there's nothing I can find on the site that indicates where the statistics are drawn from. Even a general statement saying it mainly comes from Gutenberg, or blogs, or some other vague source would be good. Preferably in a link under the graph in each entry, but even in the FAQ would do.
